  Horrible place rude manager and bankers . Will notice a client waiting rather patiently or inpatiently and they will not acknowledge them b/c they are too busy chatting until you say something or complain . One particular banker name is Michael; sarcastic as heck he enjoys wasting people time , lacks communication skill and compassion it’s easy to see he’s miserable as hell . Waited 25 mins to notaries something & once I was finally noticed I clearly stated I need something done ASAP by a certain time & fax for an EMERGENCY& he witnessed me calling the place 4 times in front of him begging them to wait On thé fax before closing & that the bank will fax the paper ASAP not once did it cross his mind to state the he “ can’t fax” or not allowed to do one page of paper so I wouldn’t be killing my self for something . He purposely slow down the process with his smart mouth & responses and said with a big smile on his face “ I can’t not fax this for you “. His energy; his sarcasm; his smile ; his attitude; demeanor was all messed up . Called the manger to complain not once did she apologize she keep making excuses for the banker ; laughing at me on the phone , sucking her teeth , making false accusations on me when this “manager” claims she was in the back & also kept cutting me off the had the nerves to hang the phone one me .

  Worst ever..... if you use the drive through be prepared.....take a lunch...bottle of water..etc.... because you will be there a long long long time.....slow and they disappear and return 10 mins later leaving you hanging.

  OJC has two exceptional rabbis who effectively engage the synagogue adults and youth through the spirituality & ruach of Shabbat and holiday services, classes, youth programs, and tikkun olam programs. Whenever we attend services away from home we always miss the wonderful Shabbat melodies, meaningful sermons, spirituality and the warmth of our rabbis and fellow congregants.   hiring process needs to be thought out more. one of the employees didnt know how to charge my credit card on the register and I was forced to use the atm to pay in cash (i was supposed to be charged credit price for the gas but he rang me up for the cash price and the card wouldnt swipe through to pay)
